Our Terms
Unlike conventional waste processors who recycle almost everything, CircoHVAC works closely with affiliated manufacturers. This ensures that collected products truly get a second life.
The number of HVAC products you can return is constantly growing, as more and more manufacturers join us. In the green section below, you can see which products are currently being collected.
To make the processing as efficient as possible, we ask for your cooperation when filling and transporting materials. This way, we close the loop together.

Collection Terms
Clean products only:
We only collect clean products that do not contain asbestos, chemical or radioactive substances, or fecal matter.
Number of collection bin exchanges:
Per location, Circohvac collection bins may be exchanged a maximum of 6 times per year. We will also inform you if you are approaching this limit.
Rules for collection pallets:
– Only products that meet the collection conditions are allowed on the pallet. Other products are not permitted.
– The pallet must be completely full, stackable, and must not be overloaded to be eligible for exchange.
Exchange requests:
A request for exchanging a full pallet must be submitted via the form on our website.
Deviations:
Deviating from these rules is only possible after consultation and approval from Circospin. Additional costs may be charged for deviations that have not been reported.
